Hi, I’m Ashley Vossekuil, team lead of Vossekuil Real Estate with Keller Williams Envision. With 8 years of experience, I’m passionate about guiding sellers, buyers, and investors—whether it’s selling smoothly, finding the right place to call home, or connecting clients with hidden off-market gems. Having grown up right here in the area, I bring not only strong local market knowledge but also a deep commitment to the community I serve.

I pride myself on creating win-win situations for everyone involved and excel in negotiation to help my clients secure the best possible outcomes. My priority is to ensure every client feels educated, comfortable, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my two kids and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams—especially the Brewers and Packers.

Hi! I'm Kya Lohmann, a real estate agent with Vossekuil Real Estate and Keller Williams Envision. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes for over 3 years, with a passion for working with first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. As a local to the area, I pride myself on knowing the market and using that knowledge to guide my clients every step of the way.

My goal is to make every transaction as stress-free as possible. I love to educate my clients throughout the process so they feel confident in making one of life’s biggest decisions. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2023 with a degree in Business, giving me a strong foundation in negotiation, marketing, and client service.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll find me outdoors—camping, exploring, or enjoying time in nature.
